Applications: Split-core current transformers has been designed to meet the growing demand for installation into existing networks. The Split-core allows installation without disconnecting cables or busbar circuits. The products are ideal for retro-fitting and are therefore popular in the Energy Management Systems, Ammeters, Watt-hour meters, Instrumentation, Relays, Panel meters, Varmeters, Power Factor Meters, Switch boards, Panel boards, Control boards and Power Factor correction industries, etc Opening style CTs with internal built-in burden resistor provides safety, 333mV AC output proportional to current. All current probes come pre-wired to a terminal block that plugs into the 333 mV module (VAC-17-3) which must be used with the Ammeters, Watt- hour meters, Varmeters, power factor meters, relays unit for current measurements. Accuracy for all split-core current probes: 1% from 10% to 130% of full rated current. The CTs could have burden resistors or Zener across the secondary, as per customer's demands
